A Provider Who Listens. A Partner You Can Trust.
At the heart of Impact Integrative Health & Regenerative Solutions is Dr. Marika Widmann—a provider who brings decades of diverse experience, a deep passion for whole-person care, and a commitment to reimagining what healing can look like.
Born and raised in Poland, Dr. Widmann moved to the U.S. as a child and grew up in Michigan before joining the U.S. Navy, where she served with honor for seven years.
Her military background shaped her approach to leadership, service, and resilience, qualities she carries into her work with every patient she sees.
After her time in the Navy, she pursued her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of the Incarnate Word in San Antonio, Texas. She later earned her Doctorate in Nursing Practice in Family Nursing from Baylor University in Dallas.
She also holds a Bachelor’s degree in Nutrition Science from Purdue University Global, adding depth to her understanding of how lifestyle, food, and environment impact the body as a whole.

Healthcare Career and Experience
Dr. Widmann began her clinical career serving fellow Veterans in the Veterans Healthcare System, where she became board-certified in Medical-Surgical Nursing and actively contributed to women’s health initiatives and integrative medicine practices.
In 2022, her dedication to high-quality, personalized care was nationally recognized when she was named the American Nurses Credentialing Center Nurse of the Year for her work optimizing care for Veterans.
Her commitment to regenerative and functional medicine is both professional and personal. Having seen the limits of conventional healthcare firsthand, Dr. Widmann became driven to create a practice where patients are seen as whole people, not just diagnoses.
- Certified in regenerative medicine therapies for parafacet and neuropathy treatment, aesthetics, and orthopedics.
- Currently pursuing her board certification in Functional Medicine through the Institute for Functional Medicine.
- Today, she focuses her clinical work on hormonal and metabolic regulation, women’s health, nutrition, and regenerative treatments like stem cell integration and peptide-based therapies.
